All personnel registered in the APSİS system can use this method.

Username
Use the part of your corporate email address before the @ symbol.

Use the password provided by your system administrator or the one you set.

My User Account Cannot Be Found
Automatic User Synchronization
User accounts are automatically transferred from Apsis to D.Bilim Avesis system.
Synchronization Times:
10:00, 13:30, 16:00, 18:30

Have Your Personnel Information Checked
Your information in Apsis system needs to be checked and corrected by Human Resources Department:
You must be in one of the valid personnel types:
Akademik

Wait for Synchronization
After your information is corrected, your account will be transferred to the system during the next automatic synchronization process.
